OBJECT OF ACTIVITY
The company was established in 2014 to carry out an investment to build a plant for the separation of fly ash generated at the Siekierki CHP Plant, based on the triboelectric separation technology, and to subsequently operate this plant.
The task of building the ash separation plant was completed in part allowing the company to start the production in December 2017.
The core operational activity of the Siekierki Ash Separation Plant fits in with the policy of a closed-loop economy.
The fly ash separation process results in two products:
- ProAsh® with a combustible content of less than 5%, which is a demanded material for the production of cement and concrete,
- HiCarbon fuel with a combustible content of more than 30% and a calorific value of approximately 10-11 MJ/kg, which is used for re-combustion for energy production.
